Managed Agents · What runs each month

AI agents that keep their bearing.

A monthly recurring engagement that picks up where the Audit closes. Your agents stay monitored, your prompts get refreshed as your stack changes, and new integrations land through a standing intake queue — without re-opening a new engagement every quarter.

What is tuned each month

The operating layer on top of the agents we shipped.

The Audit delivers the agents. The recurring engagement keeps them honest: monitoring catch what drifts, the monthly refresh picks up what your tools changed, and the intake queue keeps new business from waiting on a contract.

Live monitoring

Every shipped agent is checked: uptime, failure modes, and drift against the alert floors set during the Audit. Issues are flagged within one business day; routine drift is rolled into the next month’s refresh.

Daily

Model refresh pass

Each month, prompts are updated against your latest toolchain, your latest vendor APIs, and the edge cases your team flagged the prior month. The transcripts tell us what to refine; the refresh turns that into the next month’s defaults.

Monthly

New-integration intake

Up to two new connections per month — wire an agent into a CRM, a ticketing tool, a vendor API, or an internal database. Scoped at the start of the month so the partner can staff the build, not the next quarter.

The subscription

One monthly fee. Five living deliverables.

Honest answers

Five questions before the subscription.

Cancel-anytime posture, what counts as an integration request, the monthly refresh cadence, what carries over from the Audit, and what isn’t covered.

Yes. The Managed Agents subscription is a monthly recurring charge run through Stripe Checkout; you can cancel from your dashboard at any time and the next month simply does not bill. No contract, no penalty, no notice period.

Next step

Ship your agents. Keep their bearing.

The Audit lands a first build slot. The recurring tier is the operating layer that keeps the agents honest, the prompts current, and the next integration already in the queue.
