Terms

Using this site.

Last updated August 2026.

These notes cover the public Plumbline AI website at getplumbed.ai. They do not name a legal entity or mailing address because those are not published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware. Questions go through the contact form.

What you can do here

Read about the practice, buy a listed product when checkout is available, or leave a note on the contact form. Contact submissions are stored for the operator to read. The form does not send email.

Prices and checkout

Confirmed prices are shown on Pricing. A purchase, when offered, runs through Stripe Checkout. The charge is the amount Stripe shows for that product, in US dollars. If something on a page does not match checkout, the Stripe page is the charge you agree to.

Paying on Stripe is the charge for the listed tier. A written scope still happens before work starts. Paying is not a custom statement of work.

If Stripe is not configured, the site will not pretend checkout works — it will send you to the contact form or a waitlist.

What a paid tier is

The public tiers on Pricing are Solo, Team, and Multi-team, as described on that page at the time you pay. Solo is a one-time Readiness Audit. Team and Multi-team are monthly retainers billed through Stripe Checkout. If you already purchased the $499 Readiness Audit, that $499 applies as a credit to the first month of Team or Multi-team. A website visit is not an engagement. Audit and build work is scoped in writing before that work starts.

Work product built in your accounts is yours, as the Pricing page says. We do not claim ownership of your systems or data.

Refunds

If you ask through the contact form within 30 days of the Stripe charge, we will refund the full amount of that purchase. Stripe's dispute process is separate.

The site itself

The site is offered as published. Copy and prices can change.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

If these notes change, we will update the date at the top. A purchase already made follows the notes that were up when you paid, plus whatever Stripe showed you.
